I run a small law practice for a reason: to better serve my clients. Experience
has taught me that lawyering is a personal service business, regardless of whether the
client is an individual or a corporation. The closer my relationship is with clients, the more
satisfied my clients are with my services. To consistently deliver this level of quality
personal service, I must carefully limit my case load and keep overhead to a minimum.
For this reason, I purposefully keep my law practice small and do not engage in high
volume litigation.
My employment law practice covers the waterfront of employment-related legal issues.
I handle everything, from employment discrimination and retaliation, to harassment, to
whistleblowers, to disputes over employment contracts, compensation, benefits and
severances. My services include everything from advice and counseling, to representing
clients in lawsuits, administrative agency processes (such as the EEOC), mediations,
settlement negotiations, and dealing with non-compete cease/desist threats.
When you chose me to be your lawyer, you are engaging a partner - not someone else’s
partner - YOUR partner. I believe in, and use, a team approach with my clients to resolve
legal matters. You know the facts. I know the law. Together, we will work to maximize your
benefits and minimize your liability. As a true partner, I will never over or under sell you on

strong, I will tell you so. If you should settle or walk away, I will tell you so. If you should
